Sperm analysis - can we conceive naturally?

Hi all, my husband’s concentration is low but overall above the 39 mil normal count - however motility is low. We have a fertility appt coming up this week but we were just wondering if anyone has experienced similar? Have you been able to improve/conceive naturally?

We have severe male factor infertility, low count, low motility (asthenozoospermia) and poor morphology. You can definitely still get pregnant with those semen analysis results. I recommend seeing a Urologist. They can hopefully prescribe something. I also highly recommend FertileAid for Men, Count Boost and Motility Boost. It did wonders for my husbands numbers. Urologist also prescribed medication to help increase numbers

You can but will take much longer than average. You can work on the progreddive motility with some suppliments and male conception vitamins. Better diet should work. Those fixed our zero morphology.  You can also try to improve your chance using at home insemination by halving the distance his swimmers must swim in greater numbers. Vagina and cervix are not kind to sperm at all. Uterus is less challenging for them and fallopian tubes keep them protected and fed for 5 days. ICI is similar to IUI but much cheaper. Try it few cycles and move to IUI and IVF ICSI.

Answer

For motility, iui will be an option! 20 mil or below is when there’s concern.
