Hi everyone,

Just wondering what time is your baby going to bed? Mine has been going down about 10pm and will sleep until 5am for first feeding then get up for the day around 8:30am. I thought her bedtime was getting earlier but then some nights she’ll be up until 11pm or so. It hasn’t bothered me too much but then my husband googled and some babies her age go to bed at 7?! She has her last real nap of the day ending at 6ish then around 8 will take a mini nap, but she always wakes up after 45 minutes and will have what we call her “party time” and be up until 10 or so. Any tips on how exactly you move a babies bedtime earlier? My first daughter was a terrible sleeper so we had to sleep train at 7 months but this one is a good sleeper so I don’t get how you train a good sleeper. Anywhooo advice appreciated!!
