Am I I miscarrying

I had vaginal scan at 5 weeks 2 days. I then started spotting dark brown blood the day after. And it continued on and off for 4 days. No cramping.

I then had another vaginal scan that showed a sac and yolk at 5 weeks 5 days.

I'm spotting slightly more, brighter in colour , I wouldn't call it red yet. Very minimal cramping.

I took a pregnancy test this morning and the line is slightly lighter. I'm so confused, does it sound like I'm about to miscarry. I've never experienced this before
