tampons???

how often do you change your tampon? for me, i change it every time i go to use the bathroom. just for the simple fact that i bleed extremely heavy & have bad anxiety about bleeding through. (this happened to me in middle school and i got bullied by a group of girls because of it). everyone always tells me i’m just wasting money by changing it every time, but honestly.... i’d rather waste money than to feel humiliated. 😔
