Sperm Donor
1)if a sperm donor was used, what avenues did you use to look for sperm? (Sperm bank, just a baby, etc.)
2) if Donor was used, what did you and your SO look at that was important in your decision and why?(ie.physical traits, family history/heritage/education,etc.)
3) did you pay for health screening for donor if not already done?
4) any other information in donor research and selection that you would advise?
