Only pumping 20oz
Only get 20oz a day when pumping. Baby is 3 months old. Any advice on how to increase my supply?
I did power pumping for a whole week and made sure to express the last of it out. No change.
Also drink 6 of my 20oz water bottle a day.
He’s having 2 formula bottles a day now and it upsets his stomach. I pump 6 times a day for 30 minutes. Should I pump more often?
