I did my first round of letrozole with my second baby. She is almost 2 now. I have pcos. I just did another round of it last month trying for baby number 3 but wasn’t successful ( I had 2 mature follicles but didn’t get preg). Now I am starting letrozole plus UMG injection tomorrow. Fingers crossed. Insha Allah this time. Healthy baby dust 🙏🏼
