Favorite reasonably prices bucket seat recommendations please!!

Baby number 2 due July and we are getting a new infant carseat but don't believe we can go over the 400 range right now. I wanted the nuna pipa or the uppa baby messa carseats but they place I'm looking at doesn't sell them and that's where we have the credit. Looking for something with great safety recommendations and and that my child won't outgrow fast. Not evenflo or safety first please.
