Everything hurts 😭 3rd trimester
Anyone have any recommendations- my hips are killing me I sleep with a pillow between my legs to keep them elevated and when I get up in the morning my pelvic bones are so sore. I know my body’s preparing for birth but any other recommended stretches anything?! Wahhhh I’m thinking of seeing the chiropractor this week if nothing else.
29 + 2 days and I know I’ve got a ways to go lol.
