Period

So I've recently had to have an abortion in October I decided it was the right thing to do with my mental heath not being too great recently but I haven't had a period since I stopped bleeding in November all pregnancy tests are negative im just wondering if anyone else has experienced this im so sorry if I've upset anyone with this its not my intent as I'm well aware some people are against this
