How to return package on Etsy?

Hi so dumb question, I’ve never shipped out anything in my life. I want to return a package I bought on Etsy, it arrived way too late and I ended up purchasing items elsewhere. Seller provided shipping label but idk what the next step is.
Would I print it, tape it, then drop it off in those blue usps box?
Or am I supposed to go into the USPS and take it to the cashiers??

Print the label, tape to the top of box, and I always take them into the store and hand to a cashier.

It depends on if the seller paid for return shipping. It should say on the shipping label they gave you. If you have to pay, you gotta take it in, but if not, you can put it in one of the big blue bins.
