I just found out today my boss is pregnant. She is due a week or two before me. I have not told her yet because my contract is up a month before I am due (July 25) and I want to see if she will offer me a new contract. That may not come for another month or two from now and by then I’ll be 15-18 weeks along.

The problem is, the last time she was on leave, a year and a half ago, I took over her responsibilities. If I tell her I’m also pregnant and that we will be out at the same time, it would give her the perfect excuse to not renew my contract and hire someone else.

What do I do?
