Itchy and irritated skin

Does anyone know what is this? I have had it for months and it simply doesn’t go away, it’s itchy most of the time and it started to look darker, later after i got the one in my elbow there was another one that started to appear behind my knee, and no I don’t sweat that much so I don’t think that is. Please anyone who has suffer this before or a doctor knows about this? I have been begging my mom and she doesn’t take me to the doctor ‘cause pandemic duh.
