Bleeding but Hcg “7.0” 4+4

Hey everyone, I woke up this morning to what seems to me “heavy bleeding”. 11 days DPO. 3 days worth of positive tests. I’m still under the impression that I’m having a chemical pregnancy due to the bleeding, but I went this afternoon for blood work, and the results came back 7.0. I’m not too sure what this could possibly mean. Has anyone been through this? My online result is super confusing given the scale at the bottom, and where the number lies. Per google, “4 weeks: 5 - 426 mIU/ml.”
