Hello!

I was just diagnosed with PCOS yesterday by my primary care doctor. I have been trying to conceive for a few months, I was having some pelvic pain and they found polycystic ovaries on my scan. My periods are somewhat irregular. I have never had a cycle go longer than 34 days but they range a lot. Some are 25 days and some are up to 34 days. I'm not sure what this means for my fertility. The Premom app detected a peak in my lh levels but no surge. Any advice is appreciated. Do you have supplements you like? What do I need to do next? Unfortunately, my doctor wasn't very helpful.
