So yesterday I took my baby for his one year checkup and turns out he is low on iron his numbers came back at 9.5 🥺 numbers are supposed to be (11-15) is what I was told. They prescribed some medicine for him to take for a couple months and I have to take him back in a month for another blood work. Dr wasnt concerned but I’m freaking out 😭 anyone have had their baby go thru this? Anything I can do to help his number go up or food to give him?

(This is my first baby so everything is new to me and I freak out over everything )
