Breastfeeding toddlers?

I'm breastfeeding my 13 month old 4-5 times a day. I was curious if other breastfeeding mom's give their baby cow's milk in-between BFings or just water? How much and how many times per day does your kiddo eat? How long do you plan to continue BFing? How do you stop BF if your ready but he isn't? Or how do you phase it out? I don't think he or I are ready yet but just planning for the future.

My son is almost 15mo. When I weaned my first I just started with cutting out the morning feeds. I also have done it with my son. He has water available all day. I give him 8-10oz whole milk in the morning with his breakfast or before while I’m making it and he will drink that in the morning. Then I give him another 10oz with dinner and he will usually drink some with dinner but won’t finish it. Now I’m trying to cut out the nursing before bed so for the past few days I’ve been giving him the rest of the whole milk before we do his bedtime routine. He has his bath then the milk, brush teeth, book and then bed. 
Now I just know eventually he will stop asking for the middle of the day nursing. And eventually the middle of the night one too. With my first baby, I had to cut the middle of the night nursing by offering water. When you’re ready to start weaning just have a lot of snacks. When my son asks to nurse I just try to shift his focus ‘where’s your duck?’ ‘Do you want a snack?’ Hope all this helps!

My little girl is just under 15m and still nursing 2 times a day. In between she has milk (maybe 1-2 cups a day) and water - depending on what she feels like. We just offer both regularly. She’s having 3 meals and maybe 1 snack. 
I am honestly ready to stop breastfeeding but she isn’t and I have no idea how to wean! I was able to drop to 2 feeds because she’s in childcare and she just got used to not nursing during the day. I am hoping she’ll just grow out of it one day and then we’ll be done.
