Am I selfish or considerate of others?

Celena

I live in a trailer home with my grandma and friend (no longer best friends in my opinion due to reasons) ove been getting extremely upset and sleep deprived that I fall asleep driving to work every day. I work at 4am to 12:30pm I drive up to an hour to an hour and a half to get to work, I get up at 1am so I have time to get ready for work, eat and make a lunch if I have enough money for my own food (IBS reasons, which means I have certain foods that don't upset my stomach so I provide my own food when I have enough money from paycheck), and pick up coworker before heading to work.. I try going to bed at about 3-4 because I don't get home till about 1-1:30pm, I also try getting 8 hours of sleep when in reality I get 2-3 a night (been like this for a year of living at my grandma's place) the reason why I get so little sleep is this:

1) the TV speakers are adjacent brom my bedroom in a small trailer where sound echoes, so every night with the TV volume at 30, sounds like the TV is blasting with my door closed

2) they talk and laugh like they are at a social event where loud voices over other sounds are acceptable, I have to ask them 5-6 times a night to quiet down a little bit, even to turn the TV down a bit as well. They slam microwave doors, and stomp during the hours I try sleeping until they go to bed at 10:30pm

3)because they don't think that they are being too loud, but when I'm awake while they are sleeping, I try to be as quiet as possible if I can. I walk quieter, don't slam doors, when I heat breakfast in microwave I try stopping the time a second before the time goes off and close the doors cautiously so I wont wake them up. The loudest thing I do is rinse out my cups and fill the bathroom sink so I can shave my face before going to work. Other than that I stay as quiet as possible unless I know that everyone is awake.

I have a hard time sleeping when as I'm getting comfortable to sleep and about to drift off they are so noisy that I wake back up. I dont fall asleep quickly so if I go to bed at 3 by 5 I start drafting off, sometimes 6 if I really can't fall asleep, and doesn't help when I am the only one who is considerate of others while they are trying to sleep before work (except grandma, she is retired) I am so tired of endangering not only myself but others on the road because I am so sleep deprived that even if I get a few hours of sleep at home I fall asleep or start to doze off while driving. I have told them about this and each time I do they seem to act considerate of me sleeping for a day before going right back to it or not even care
