My son is 3 months old and has been battling a fever this evening between 99-101

I gave him 2ml of Tylenol infant at 8pm and a bath at 10pm but it still hasn’t gone down

He’s been sleeping a lot today

He’s been eating

His poop was 1/2 runny 1/2 normal 1 time today.

No other symptoms....he laughs when you play with him.

I live in a covid hot spot so the first thing they will do is test for that and I don’t want to put him through that which is why I haven’t called the doctor.

No one else In the house has any symptoms and we super isolate. I get groceries delivered and I sanitize everything before putting it away.

What would you do? Could this just be a cold?
