I am in a LDR with my boyfriend.. Somehow the topic of if he still was on Tinder came up and he mentioned that he’s using Tinder to meet new people during the lockdown. And he mentioned that he had in his profile that he’s strictly looking for friends. I told that I’m not comfortable with it, and he told that he’s uninstalling it.

I somehow had a gut feeling and installed Tinder and I saw his profile and we matched and the profile said:

I’m somehow so hurt that he didn’t uninstall Tinder and then lied to me about it.. And that he’s mentioned that he’s only looking for friends but also mentioned he’s open minded and curious.. I’m really at loss of words and not able to think straight.. What should I make out of this?? Am I overreacting that he’s using Tinder to make friends or is this wrong?
