Cat naps still
So we worked hard to train our daughter to fall asleep
On her own in her crib for naps and she will
Its usually 2-4 mins but she still will
Only nap for 30
Mins every time. No matter the wake window it’s dark white noise etc. I thought her naps would increase w her doing this vs me laying her down asleep. 🤦♀️ anyone else?
