SPD 👎🏻

Anyone have SPD? I’m not diagnosed yet but I have every single symptom. I’m only 17 weeks 😞

My right leg is shorter than my left leg so I’m sure I was predisposed in a way to have difficulty with my hips/pelvis. But holy hell, this is painful guys!!!! I’ve been sleeping with a pillow between my legs, trying to keep my legs together as much as possible, and have an appointment with a chiropractor this Wednesday.

Please share alllllll the tips and tricks. Please. 😢
