My pregnancy test keeps coming out positive and I had a ultrasound done today and at first the midwife did one on top of my stomach and said she seen a heartbeat but then when she did vaginal she said she didn’t see anything in my uterus so she had someone else to come in and help and the lady said she didn’t see nothing either nor did she see and ectopic pregnancy so they did blood work to check my hcg level I’m so nervous when did your baby pop up on ultrasound?
