Hello it’s been a while since I’ve gotten in here. Hope everyone is doing okay
So I guess I got here because I need help but not sure what kind of help. I suffer from high-functioning depressions which is basically being depressed but also being able to do “normal” things like go outside with friends and hangout with family while of course dreading the whole things and wanting to be in my room.
I am currently a senior in high school and will be attending college close to home. I will also be moving into one of the dorms at the college.
The reason why I need help is because I want to make a cha g nge in my life and I want to take better care of myself and improve myself.

My plan/goals so far are
~Lose Weight
~Learn better hairstyles for short hair( don’t like long hair)
~Take better care of my skin
~Treat hair better
~Improve on my make up
~Overall just care
The problem is I don’t know where to begin. If anyone has tips on how to lose weight in a healthy way comment down below(my old ways are unhealthy) or about anything else to help me with this. I also need a tip on how to stay motivated and stay on track because this isn’t the first time I’ve tried
