We love halos. The Halo swaddle blankets are great for transitioning to arms out since you can do one at a time and also both arms out with it. We also have the regular halo sleep sack and it is great. My baby did fine with one arm out while transitioning but with both arms he would flail a little too much and wake himself so we did a merlins magic sleep suit before a regular sleep sack and he slept SO good in that. They can wear the merlins until the are able to roll IN  the merlin.

I used the Halo with my first because no one else really made them. I buy ones off of Amazon that are the same halo but half the price. His current ones are made by Hudson Baby and I was able to get 2 for $15 on Amazon.

I love the Zipadee zip. We originally had him in the halo sleep sack but I hated his hands being cold and he would pull mittens off. So the Zipadee zip gives him the ability to safely roll while keeping hands warm.
