Anti thyroglobulin over 500

Anyone had similar issue? My blood work to start IVF next cycle came in just now. ANTI TG came back as more than 500 when normal range should be below 60. Internet is driving me crazy. Can someone throw some light and help me what would this mean to my IVF cycle and success? I have appointment with fertility doctor tomorrow but nothing can really calm me down right now. I am 30 with no other Heath issue even no thyroid problem ever. We are doing IVF for first time in next cycle due to MFI.
