Chapped penis?
Every year as the weather dries out my skin gets really dry down there. To the point where it cracks and bleeds. I've tried using moisturizing body wash and other moisturizing soap and stuff. My hands get that bed too but I use o'keeffe's Working Hands. I don't really want to use that down there does anybody else have the same problem?
