Thyroid antibodies
Hi. I had a miscarriage last month so I arranged to have a blood test done through Medichecks (I’m in the UK and GPs are reluctant to do tests after “only one” miscarriage. You have to have three before they’ll do tests). Everything came back normal except that I have thyroid antibodies. They’re within “normal” limits but in ‘It Starts with the Egg’, Rebecca Fett explains that these have been found to be linked to miscarriage. My levels are also above what the book says is ok for fertility. Does anyone know if anything can be done about thyroid antibodies? Thanks.
