Nexplanon implant and acne

Hi everyone! I’m supposed to go in and get the nexplanon arm implant here soon but I’m worried about my acne. I’ve always suffered with bad hormonal acne and it’s always way worse when I’m pregnant or on progesterone only birth control, I want to get the nexplanon for a long term birth control that I don’t have to worry about taking every day, IUDs don’t work for my body so this is the only option I have at this point. Has anyone noticed it made their acne worse or made them get acne?? Is there anything I can do to make it so it doesn’t get worse while having it in?
