Not able to infer results from the report

Hi, I am 30 Male, we have been Trying for a year. We consulted a specialist, they examined both me and my wife results. For my wife results they said she is healthy. For me they have asked for semen analysis. I got the analysis report but could infer whether I am good or is there any abnormalities. Please help. If any abnormalities if there is any cure please let me know. Thanks
