Hi everyone.

So this is my second Mirena my first was put in somewhere in 2013 as a treatment for my endometriosis and was removed in October 2018. I kept it out for a little over a year and was not on any birth control. I got my second one placed in September of 2020. Since then I have had some sort of light brown to light pink discharge constantly and I have had 2 somewhat heavy periods, one lasting longer than normal and both not coming at my usual time. I remember this happening with my first mirena and lasting a long time like months to years but I can’t remember when it stopped. It’s just really annoying to not be able to be sexually spontaneous anymore because now it’s a big mess with colored discharge. I also seem to be having more discomfort during sex and even just in my daily life. Basically I’m just reaching out to see if this has happened to anyone else.
