Please help Clomid users

I got pregnant on my first cycle of taking 150mgs. How do I control my anxiety from thinking I will have a miscarriage? How does it feel when you are about to have a miscarriage? I’m 4 weeks and I don’t feel much but backache and my nipples are sensitive?
