IUD and first postpartum period?

I just got an IUD Monday at my 6 week appointment. Tomorrow ill be 7 weeks and im pretty sure Ive started my period but right now its just spotting which is normal for me or it was prepregnancy. Im craving chocolate and TMI have diarrhea which is also normal for me. Im also mostly exclusively breastfeeding I only supplement about 2-4 oz a day sometimes not even every day. Was your first postpartum period with the IUD heavy and painful? Ive heard it could be light but that, that is usually later. I have the Liletta IUD btw.
