Midwives brew?!

NOT here to debate or hear opinions if it’s safe or not, etc... I want to know if you tried it, and if it worked for you and how many weeks pregnant you were and how long after taking it did it take for contractions to start for you?! YES I will be getting permission from my doctor first. Going for my first vbac this time after 1 csection. Have to get this baby out by 39 weeks or I will have to have another csection which I don’t want!

Get acupuncture! After a very traumatic c-section, I was desperate to not go overdue. I got acupuncture and was told I’d go into labor in two days...two days exactly he came and I had my VBAC! I also drank red raspberry leaf tea

Ive tried it without the castor oil. Supplemented with prune juice. Didn’t work for me as it has for others. I was 39wks exactly. However i got a membrane sweep at 39 wks 4 days and was 2cm dialated. In three days i was at a 6 in labour! I also had the same dilemma as you. It was my second baby with my first being a csection. No option for induction so i tried all possible things and the membrane sweep worked for me! I know that it can be very stressfull .. csections arent fun. I had a succesful vbac!
