HELP! Can someone please tell me what this area of redness on my cheeks is called!? I’m 21 & usually have clear skin but this is just stuck within only my cheeks! Is this what “redness” is or is it “blemishes”?? Not even sure what all that means honestly!

Could be Keratosis Pilaris. 
You could try a lactic acid. 
My daughter has this in her cheeks and chin, and was prescribed a lotion with lactic acid that made it completely go away by the third night of use 🙂

Looks like acne to me. Wash your pillow case or pillow if you can and don't touch it. They say acne here can be caused by stress or issues with the stomach, eating too much sugar or an allergy even.
