According to the Native American Rights Fund website yes.. however I'm not sure on the legitimacy of the website as it references Indians and as far as I'm aware Native Americans don't like or use that term.

Yes and no. We pay federal taxes. We do not pay taxes on goods or services delivered to or performed on the reservation. So buying cars, houses, fuel, any Amazon deliveries, target deliveries, Costco deliveries, are not taxed. I’m a Prime member and I swear we have boxes coming to our house everyday. But it’s all tax exempt.

In Canada, I'm pretty sure they pay federal tax, I think certain goods and services they are exempt from tax though.
