Please Help

What does this letter mean? I was covered under TriCare and all of last year I never once received any bills for my OB during any of my prenatal visits. Now I have like 6 of this letters all with different amounts of my doctor visits plus the hospital I gave birth at. Does this mean I have to pay back?
