Does anyone else find this weird?

My boyfriend and I are 22, we have been together for 7 years. We both still live at home with our parents. The other day we were watching a movie on TV with his mom, and there was a sex scene in the movie. His mom said something about “pussy.” I just thought it was odd for her to say that word in front of her son like it’s no big deal? Does this seem weird to you

No it does not seem weird to me. My mom would definitely make a joke or say something stupid like that. It really is not a big deal. I don’t see why it would be, unless you are children.￼

No.  My parents have always been open with words like those.  My 10 year old sister knows all the correct names for her body parts. In my family its normal and probably in his as well just not in yours. It's okay to have different views just please dont judge his family over something as harmless as this

No it’s not weird 😊 It sounds like you are at the age where you realize you’re not a child anymore and parents know it so they are open about personal adult issues now. I’m 23 and still feel a tiny bit embarrassed about those kinds of situations but that’s life 😂
