I wish spanking was illegal. Now I don’t know if I can trust my mother not to physically discipline my child. Worse is i don’t know if she’s going to sue me for visitation rights and I won’t be able to do anything about it. What if my child resents me because she decided to spank him? What if my child blames me for he action?

I’m trying to be careful as she’ll try to use my mental illnesses against me and I don’t know if she’ll use that to get the visitation rights. I can’t stop crying as I’m freaking out. Fiancé works and we pay our bills on time. Fridge is stocked and our son is fed and happy
