C-section Question.. advice please!

On December 10th, I had my beautiful baby girl via c section. I needed a c section because my body wouldn't progress and wouldn't dilate past 8.5 cm. The doctor induced me and broke my water. I also received an epidural. My question is... is it normal for the dissolvable stitches to rise to the top of the scar? I saw my doctor Thursday and she said my incision was healing nicely but im just paranoid seeing the stitches. The other night I turned over in bed too fast and had a sharp pain in my incision line. Is it possible I tore an internal stitch? Also, my incision line itches like crazy. Is there any way to relieve the itchiness? Im also feeling pain near my belly button if I lean up against something or am trying ro get up.

Those of you that received an epidural... did you have back pain later? When I get up with my girl I can never get comfortable bc my back and my leg are throbbing so badly. I have sciatica but it seems to be worse since I had her.
