I tested once a day first morning urine. I started testing the day the directions recommended I start testing. It tells you how many days into your cycle you should start testing at.

When I first started I used to do one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. I would start the first day after I finished my period just to make sure I wouldn’t miss my ovulation date. After a couple of months that I knew when I would ovulate I would start a couple of days later after my period because I would go through so many of my strips. Baby dust to you ♥️
