Baby daddy question

Hi guys so recently I separated with my Boyfriend never were married we’ve been together for 3 years we have a 1 year old son. He doesn’t put any effort on his part it’s been awhile since he hasn’t seen his kid but I’ve been working on child custody last couple months he hardly sends money to us or to his kid... furthermore i separated him cuz he was to controlling a narcissist and have a weed addiction he’d never listen to me it was his way or nothing else I got tired of his cheating and sleeping around with other women like there’s a point when u Have enough so I took my son and left with my sister and parents... they help out with my son I’m working and he wants to see his kid which is fine but his never fully taken care of him since he was born always was out of the house never home or play with his kid and now he does since we’re not there anymore question he smokes inside the house with his weed it isn’t baby proof yet he hasn’t even bought a proper car seat for his age if I tell him all these things he starts Harassing me or threatening me saying he’ll get a lawyer blah blah he don’t even have enough for it anyways story goes on he thinks his always right like what more can I do guys no negative comments will be blocked like cuz if COVID I don’t want my son to be around him much he always with friends or friends of friends he hardly home doesn’t have any pre caution like I’m having court in a couple of months like any advice No matter what I tell him he explode or starts harassing me

I can post some pics in here of his texts and such it so much drama and negativity with him I tell him plans we should do and he change it and does his way like any advice on what should I do it’s getting to a point where I’m getting a restraining order on him yes he sends money but every month under $100 doesn’t help with anything. Like any good advice much needed thanks my question is like if he doesn’t want get a car seat to see his kid I’m not putting in all the effort like I have a car seat but I’m always the one bringing things he don’t ahh I’m done guys 🖤🖤
