Group B Strep!

Okay yall I am 20w1d pregnant I was told I have group b strep at around 12 weeks pregnant they said they’d treat me with antibiotics during labor but I’m scared still. I have been trying to do some research on the internet but it’s freaking me out. Has anyone had group b strep and delivered a healthy baby with no complications or has anyone had any complications with it?! I need to know what to expect. Y’all please help me I’m freaking myself out cause I was reading stuff about stillbirth and infant deaths and what not.
