Tips for self care/love
I'm going through a tough break up and need to try and help myself get over it and be more positive in moving forward. I see a lot of people say about self care/ self love. What does this entail? Going out with friends or to the gym is out of the question as we live in a very high risk area of covid and are on strict lockdown. So how can I do this while at home with my kids? Any help and advice would be great for self love and getting over the man I still love (it was a toxic abusive relationship so I don't even know why I feel like this)
