I’m 42. My NIPT results came back low risk for any disorders.

I’m 14 w 2 days today and had an ultrasound done. They said they saw the bright spots on the heart which are common with babies and can be associated with Down syndrome. The nasal bone was present and said everything else looked normal. But said there’s still a chance baby could have DS.

Has anyone experienced this? What was the outcome ? Did you get an amniocentesis? Not sure what to do. I just want to be prepared.
