Vaginal Discharge during Sex

I’m 13.5 weeks pregnant and had sex for the first time in about 8 weeks due to morning (all day and night) sickness. So during sex things sounded pretty wet to say the least, this has never happened before. The covers had a big wet spot, is it possible to urinate during sex without even knowing? Or do you think it’s something more serious due to pregnancy?? It is not possible for that much semen to be on the covers 😳
