First Accident 😭 & mommy freak out

Welp I didn’t think it would happen so soon but we had to call the nurses hotline. didn’t want to freak out & head to emergency since Covid, but our 3 year old fell backwards on the couch (playing around) and hit her head on baby girls head and it made an audible sound. Of course I freaked out, hubby took it lightly but she’s only 4 weeks & 4 days and I was freaking out. Nurses hotline said to watch and wake every 4 hours, which will be fine since she’s ebf. But my mama stress probably won’t let me sleep tonight. Also learned babies soft spots stay sunken a little, (because I could’ve sworn I didn’t feel a dip earlier when I was moving her hair around ) i thought our 3 y/o did some real damage & was 2 seconds from crying.
