Period is 1day late

My period is 1day late I have sore boots, cramps with no other symptoms I've had sex about 2weeks and 2weeks before that I started getting cramps and sore boobs last week and no sign of my period I took a test last week because of sore boobs and cramping but came back negative my mate wants me too take a test on Monday I do have pcos but my period has been good coming on time for the last few months or so I've been losing weight I use to weigh 16st I am now 14st 9.8 so I don't know what is going on with me.
