My AF is due Monday. Got a temperature spike this morning at 13dpo. Does any of you ladies my know what this may mean?

I'm due between the 4th and the 6th. I feel AF knocking on my door. I have surgery on the 10th to see if I have Endometriosis. I should be celebrating our baby's first Christmas. Miscarriages suck.
