Implantation pain?

Hey ladies,

Just wondering if anyone has had definite implantation pain before? Im 8dpo had a negative test this morning (i know thats very early but couldnt help myself 😂)

Sitting watching tv tonight and got a sharp pain on the right hand side mostly towards the back but can be felt in the front it seems to come and go. Wondering if this could maybe be implantation?
